How is the traveler compensated in case of an accident or loss of luggage, etc.?
In the event of an accident, the traveler must request a medical report and invoices from the hospital and submit them to Pro Traveling. Pro Traveling will then forward these files to Dilnia Insurance for verification, then compensation will be provided to the traveler if he/she is covered by these included coverages.
