Once payment is made, the confirmation notice may also be sent to you via email, and a notification may be sent through the mobile app.

Refund Policy

Customers can choose to apply for a refund through the application and website as per the terms and conditions of the merchant. Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can apply for refunds within 7 days of a transaction, subject to approval. The refund may be processed back to the original payment method or credited to the customer’s account. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed. Note that there is a strict No Refund and No Cancellation policy beyond 7 days after the payment has been made.
