Acceptance of terms

The Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”, “Terms of Use”) of this document are a legal Agreement between you, as an Agent (“Member”, “User” “You”) and Professional Travel Ltd (“PRO Traveling”, “we”, “our”, “us”), the owner of www.pro-traveling.com (“website”, “portal”). PRO Traveling, through its website, is a travel agency that provides various travel and tourism-related services (Services). You accept these terms and conditions in full by using our website or signing up for an account. If you disagree with all or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website. Our website uses cookies. By using our website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy. The services that PRO Traveling provides to the User are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the whole content of this agreement. User is responsible for all User’s Account (under any screen name or Password) and for ensuring that all use of User’s Account complies fully with the provision of this Agreement. The user shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the User’s password(s). Thus, the user is responsible for keeping the account name and password confidential. User is also responsible for any account that they have access to and any activity occurring in such an account. Users will immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or use of their accounts. We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords caused by or as a result of negligence. If PRO Traveling incurs any damage due to this negligence, the User will be liable to compensate PRO Traveling accordingly. PRO Traveling does not have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only provide you with instructions on how to reset your password. PRO Traveling has the right to update any of your contact information on your account for billing and other purposes to be able to deliver its services to you. In addition, you represent and warrant that all information you provide to us when you create an account, access, and use our services will remain complete and accurate. PRO Traveling shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of its portal (pro-traveling.com). You are recommended to review our Terms & Conditions frequently and/or whenever you wish to use our website & services. The most current and updated version of the T&Cs can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms and Conditions” hypertext link located at the bottom of our portal/website. Privacy Policy: Your information will be treated in accordance with PRO Traveling’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Changes in terms and conditions

PRO Traveling shall have the right to change, modify, and update these terms and conditions at any time without any notice. Changes will be effective as soon as they are published on the PRO Traveling website. It is up to the User to check for changes in the Terms and Conditions.

Description of services

pro-traveling.com is an online travel and tourism-related portal dedicated to providing quality services to its partners/clients, such as tours and holiday packages. The services, including any updates, enhancements, and new features, are subject to the T&Cs.

Names of persons traveling

The names of the people who are traveling must be entered correctly by the agents. The first name should be followed by the family name, and any abbreviations or signs entered as the guest’s name may cause the rejection of the booking.

Special requests

It is always guaranteed that the tour or package provided will accommodate the number of customers booked. However, specific requests, including those for travel preferences, must be communicated in writing. We endeavor to meet or arrange any such requests, but confirmation that a request has been passed on is not a guarantee that the request will be fulfilled. All special requests are subject to availability and must be in writing; no requests will be accepted over the phone.

Payment and rates

Rates might change to reflect currency fluctuations until the booking is fully paid. Once the booking is fully paid, no further changes will be applied to the rates.

Cancellation and amendments

We prefer that all cancellations and amendments are made on the PRO Traveling website. Alternatively, you can contact the PRO Traveling reservation team via e-mail or through the PRO Traveling system before the cancellation deadline for that specific booking. We do not accept cancellations or amendments over the telephone. PRO Traveling will not take any responsibility for any changes and cancellations made directly. All requests for cancellations that are not made in a proper time frame are subject to a cancellation fee determined by PRO Traveling. PRO Traveling may need to make changes or correct errors in advertised and confirmed details. PRO Traveling may also cancel confirmed bookings, which we reserve the right to do. We will notify you of the cancellation as soon as possible and refund you accordingly or offer you a booking equivalent to the original booking. No compensation will be payable, and the above option will not be available if we cancel as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel the booking. When you make travel reservations, we may need to share your information with third-party travel providers (e.g., airlines or tour operators) to facilitate your travel arrangements. Personal information is transmitted using secure encryption methods, such as SSL, to protect your data during transfer.

Split amendment

The PRO Traveling system does not allow making split changes for multiple bookings in case of a split amendment. If the cancellation and amendment policy allows changes, please make a new reservation for split bookings and inform the PRO Traveling support team to try to serve as per your request. When you make travel reservations, we may need to share your information with third-party travel providers (e.g., airlines or tour operators) to facilitate your travel arrangements. Personal information is transmitted using secure encryption methods, such as SSL, to protect your data during transfer.

Relocation of your clients

The service provider takes the responsibility of finding you a similar standard alternate travel arrangement in case the original service is unavailable. If we receive any notice beforehand, PRO Traveling will inform you by e-mail. PRO Traveling will try to provide an alternative in the desired area, but the situation may change depending on location and season. PRO Traveling accepts no liability for any losses or costs that might occur as a result of relocation, as this is completely beyond our control.

Complaints

RO Traveling must be notified in case there is any issue or complaint that cannot be resolved. You can use one of these ways to complain:

  1. Log into your PRO Traveling system and select the booking you want to complain about, then send us a message through the system explaining the issue.
  2. Send us an email and include the booking ID. PRO Traveling must be notified within 15 days after the issue date.

A copy of the complaint must also be submitted and signed by the service provider. PRO Traveling will forward the complaints to the relevant party. Our team will try to reply to complaints in a period that may vary between 5 (five) to 20 (twenty) business days. PRO Traveling will not be responsible for the passport and visa requirements of the country you are traveling to.

User conduct

PRO Traveling’s portal contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and any other business proprietary information, including text, software, photos, videos, graphics, and the entire content of www.pro-traveling.com, which are copyrighted as collective work and property of PRO Traveling. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part.

Member account, password, and security

Users must complete the registration process for Login by providing current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Users also will choose a password and a username and protect them. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s password and account. Furthermore, the User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under the User’s account. The user agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of the User’s account or any other security breach. PRO Traveling will not be liable for any loss that the User may incur as a result of someone else using the User’s password or account, either with or without the User’s knowledge. However, the User could be held liable for losses incurred by PRO Traveling or another party due to someone else using the User’s account or password to harm our portal. Users may not use anyone else’s account at any time without the permission of the account holder.

Limitations of liabilities

As a result of using our website(s)/portal(s) and its application/features, we will not be liable to you in respect of any:

  • Losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, or anticipated savings.
  • Loss of management time or office time.
  • Loss of business, contracts, commercial opportunities, or goodwill.
  • Loss or corruption of any data, database, or software.
  • Special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.
  • Any losses arising out of any acts or omissions of any hosting services provider, payment services provider, or other third-party services provider.
  • Business losses or damage of any nature.

Our website: The information contained on our website and in our advertising material is believed to be correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. However, errors may occur and are subject to change. You are responsible for checking all details at the time of your booking.

Website availability

From time to time, the website or features of the website will be unavailable. Such unavailability may result from defects in the website software, scheduled or emergency maintenance procedures, or failures of third-party service providers. We do not commit to ensuring that the website will be available at any particular time. Furthermore, we do not commit to ensuring that the website will continue to be published in the future.

Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
